Online booking is available for returning clients only.
New clients must complete a short intake form, provide proof of rabies vaccination, and schedule a meet & greet before booking grooming appointments. This helps ensure a safe, calm, and successful experience for every dog. -
Yes. A valid card is required to be kept on file for all clients.
A card on file allows appointments to be held securely and helps enforce cancellation and no-show policies. Your card will only be charged if a policy is broken or with your authorization for services rendered.

Pricing is based on individual pet size, coat condition, behavior, and time required.
Dogs requiring additional time, handling, or care may be priced accordingly. Final pricing is confirmed during booking or at the appointment.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment or affect future booking availability. -
For safety and focus, grooming appointments are typically completed without pet parents present. This helps dogs stay calm and allows grooming to be done efficiently and safely..

Each appointment is scheduled for one dog at a time. Multiple dogs may be accommodated back-to-back when scheduling allows, but each dog requires its own appointment slot.
